Scott Ayers of the Directorate for Engineering Sciences will participate in a series of virtual meetings with a ICC Ad-Hoc Battery and Energy Storage Committee working group; 1 – 2:30 pm. The ad-hoc committee is looking at opportunities to develop new building code requirements to address batteries and energy storage systems. These meetings are with the energy storage system public education and messaging working group.
