Allyson Tenney, Lisa Scott and Justin Jirgl, Directorate for Laboratory Sciences, will meet with the Sleep Products Safety Council (SPSC) on July 10, 2024, in Alexandria, VA from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This meeting was requested by SPSC to discuss assembling a task group focused on developing options for revising 16 CFR 1632 Standard for the Flammability of Mattresses and Mattress Pads. CPSC staff will be hosting a comprehensive hybrid meeting in late October 2024. Full details on the stakeholder meeting will be available at the end of July 2024.
