Chair Hoehn-Saric and his staff will participate in a meeting with representatives from the Household and Commercial Products Association (HCPA) at 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 27. The meeting will take place virtually on Webex. Participants include: Steve Bennett, Executive Vice President, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs, HCPA; Carrie Brown, Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs, HCPA; Nicholas Georges, Senior Vice President, Scientific & International Affairs, HCPA; Rebecca Kaufold, Manager of Government Affairs & Sustainability, Spartan Chemical Supply Company Inc.; and Dan Pfister, Director of Research and Development, Hillyard, Inc. The meeting was requested by Carrie Brown to discuss their comments on the National Floor Safety Institute’s petition regarding slip resistance testing and labeling for floor coverings.
