Commissioner Boyle and staff will hold a meeting with the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) on December 4th from 2:00pm to 2:30pm. The meeting was requested by Jessica Gilbert from NEMA. The proposed agenda includes a discussion of the NEMA proposal on developing a clear definition to distinguish between industrial and residential welding products that may be regulated in the portable generator rule.
