Austin Schlick and staff of the Office of the General Counsel, together with Joel Recht and staff of the Office of Hazard Identification and Reduction, will meet with Edward Krenik, Dylan Pasiuk, and other representatives of The Boppy Company on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., at the National Product Testing & Evaluation Center in Rockville, Maryland, to discuss compliance with the Commission’s proposed Safety Standard for Nursing Pillows, if it is finalized as a rule.
