Commissioner Trumka and staff will participate in a meeting with representatives from the Green Science Policy Institute, including Arlene Blum (Executive Director) and Mary Gant (Government Affairs Director). GSPI will share updates on the science and policy of PFAS and flame retardants and share ideas for how CPSC could be helpful in reducing harm from these chemicals in consumer products. The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 14 at 2:30pm at CPSC Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. The meeting was requested by Arlene Blum.
