Joanna Matheson Participating in ISO TC/229 Working Group meetings Regarding Updates on Nanotechnology Work
Joanna Matheson, Directorate for Health Sciences, and other staff will participate in the ISO TC/229 (Nanotechnologies) working group meetings via teleconference. Working Group 3 (Health, Safety and Environmental Aspects of Nanotechologies) and Working Group 5 (Products and Applications) will meet daily from May 7, 2023, to May 11, 2023 (EDT). This is a hybrid meeting, with international delegates meeting at the Sendai International Center in Sendai, Japan. Please note due to time zone differences, the in-person attendees meet on May 8th-12th. The working groups’ meetings will focus on updates to high priority projects, that is, work items that are near publication as well as new project proposals.
