Andrew Stadnik, Rick McCallion, Ian Hall, (Directorate for Laboratory Sciences) and other CPSC staff will be meeting with Nancy Nord and Elliot Belilos of OFW Law, on behalf of Hovding to discuss bicycle safety technology and CPSC bicycle helmet test protocols or an alternative test method to the 16 CFR 1203 standard as well as the Swedish requirements of SP Method 4439; 11:00 a.m. The meeting is partially closed to the public due to a discussion of proprietary business sensitive data which will occur after the discussion of test methods.
