Commissioner Robert S. Adler and staff meeting with Joyce Davis, President of Keeping Babies Safe, and Rick Greenberg, Vice President of Keeping Babies Safe, regarding supplemental mattresses. Ms. Davis filed a petition in June 2015 requesting the Commission to ban supplemental mattresses for play yards with non-rigid sides which are currently marketed to be used with non-full-size cribs, portable cribs, play pens and play yards.
