Andrew Stadnik, Aaron Orland, and Rodney Valliere (Directorate for Laboratory Sciences) meeting with National Fireworks Association (NFA) representatives and Christie G. Thompson of Kelley, Drye & Warren, LLP. Ms. Thompson representing the NFA, requested the meeting after discussions with Commissioners during the week of March 6th with regards to NFA’s concerns with proposed amendments to CPSC’s fireworks regulations. NFA was directed to technical staff where it will present information pertaining to fireworks that was presented to the Commissioners.
