Welcome to the International Organizations Page!

CPSC personnel engage actively and in leadership roles in a number of international consumer product safety organizations, including the Working Party on Consumer Product Safety of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations Working Group on Consumer Product Safety. CPSC emphasizes international cooperation in these and other organizations by promoting the exchange of public information and best practices, seeking ways to align policies and safety requirements at the highest levels of safety, and exploring common approaches to emerging challenges.
