Participants include: Jason Thomas, Director, Regulatory Affairs, HVAC North America; Kate Martinez, General Counsel for Carrier HVAC North America; Paul Haydock, Principal Engineer, North America RLCS HVAC; Neal Cohen, Neal Cohen Law LLC; and Boaz Green, Neal Cohen Law LLC. The meeting was requested by Neal Cohen to discuss CPSC’s rulemaking on gas furnaces. The second part of the meeting will be closed so Carrier can discuss their compliance program and other proprietary information. The meeting will be held at CPSC headquarters in Bethesda.
