This week, Small World Toys voluntarily recalled about 92,000 foam, cloth-covered vehicles sold under the IQ Baby and Discovery Channel brands.
The plastic wheels on the toys can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Small World Toys has received 11 reports of incidents in which a wheel detached from one of these toys. No injuries have been reported.
The recall includes the IQ Baby Pillow Soft Activity Blocks, which are a set of 19 brightly colored blocks of various shapes, including two blocks that are car-shaped.

Consumers should stop using the recalled toy vehicles immediately and contact Small World Toys for information on how to obtain a free replacement toy. For additional information please contact Small World Toys at (800) 421-4153.
Also this week, Lexar Media Inc. is voluntarily recalling about 66,000 Lexar JumpDrive® computer storage devices.
The recalled units could overheat, posing a risk of burns to consumers and property damage. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
The recalled drives are high speed flash drives used to store, transfer and carry data from one computer to another. This recall only includes Lexar JumpDrive® FireFly which is sold in various colors, and Lexar JumpDrive® Secure II 1Giga Byte, which has a metallic silver housing. “Lexar” is embossed on the front of the plastic housing and the capacity is marked on the back. Contact the company to see if your unit is included in the recall.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled JumpDrive® devices and contact Lexar to receive a free replacement product.

And finally this week, Home Fragrance Holdings Inc. is voluntarily recalling about 413,000 cement candles sold at Pier One Imports.
The candles can unexpectedly flare, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Home Fragrance Holdings, Inc. has received nine reports from Pier 1 Imports of incidents involving flaring of the candles. No injuries reported.
The recalled candles are pillar candles with a sand layer base. The recalled models are the white Cement Aspen Flower, the gray Cement Downpour, the khaki colored Cement Biscotti, and green Cement Citrus Cilantro candles.
They were sold by Pier 1 Imports from February 2006 through May 2006 for between $10 and $20.
Consumers should stop using the recalled candles immediately and return them to their nearest Pier 1 Imports retail store for a full refund or merchandise credit.
