Recall Details

Description:

This recall involves metal folding bistro chairs that are orange and have perforations on the seat. The chairs measure about 36 inches tall by 15 inches wide by 16 inches deep. SKU 400101018858 is found on the product hangtag. 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs with seats that do not attach to the frame and return them to any Ross store for a full refund. 

Incidents/Injuries:

Ross has received three reports of minor injuries from the chairs collapsing, including a back strain and minor bruises.
