The Chairman of the Commission presides over Commission meetings and has sole discretion to rule on matters relating to the conduct of the meeting, including effective use of meeting time.  In the interest of an orderly meeting, please honor the following rules of conduct:

 

  • Subject to the discretion of the Chairman, only those who have requested an opportunity to make an oral presentation in accordance with the Federal Register notice of the meeting may address the meeting. 
  • Discussion is limited to matters reflected in the Federal Register notice of the meeting. 
  • Conduct that is disruptive, or that otherwise interferes with or detracts from the orderly conduct of the meeting, will not be permitted.
