We recommend that participants take the Metro or a taxi to the Marshall Center. Public parking in this area is sparse.

BY METRO

This is a 10-15 minute walk from the Metro or you can get a taxi from the Metro.

Take the Orange Line train to the Foggy Bottom station. When you exit the station from the escalator, turn right onto 23^rd Street. Walk down 23^rd Street to Virginia Ave. NW and turn left onto Virginia Avenue. Continue walking until you reach 21^st Street. Turn right onto 21^st Street. The Marshall Conference Center is on the right well before you get to C Street. It is part of the State Department building. Enter the small security pavilion to be screened and you then will be directed into the building. Proceed to the Summit registration desk on the left.

BY TAXI

You should go to 21^st Street between C Street and Virginia Avenue NW. This is the east side of the State Department. Enter the small security pavilion to be screened and you then will be directed into the building. Proceed to the Summit registration desk on the left.
