Since the CPSIA was enacted on August 14, 2008, the Commisison and staff have proposed or promulgated numerous rules, guidelines, summaries, and policy documents related to its implementation. It is not possible to translate all of the documents but stakeholders are encouraged to make themselves aware of the content frequently added on the following web page (in English): http://www.cpsc.gov/about/cpsia/cpsia.html.
