Lighters removed by ZNY Enterprises
PRODUCT: Lighters - ZNY Enterprises Inc., New York, NY, is recalling about 10,600 disposable lighters and cigarettes special. The novelty lighters are configured as telephone recorder, cell phone and Godzilla. Disposable lighters are designed "formal" which is colored yellow metal platinum. Lighters are refillable and each lighter has a label that says "MADE IN CHINA." Small establishments retailing and souvenir nationwide sold these lighters from January through April 1999 for about $ 2 to $ 6.

PROBLEM: The lighters do not have tamper-resistant mechanisms for children, as required by federal law. The young children could ignite these lighters pose a danger of fire and burn. Incidents / Injuries: None reported. WHAT TO DO: Consumers should stop using these lighters immediately and return to the facility where purchased for a refund .
